HOW DO I MAKE AN
APPOINTMENT
| Design/Tasting consultations are held for wedding cakes only. We request at least one week
advance notice for appointments but can sometimes make exceptions. During our busy wedding season Saturday appointment are sometimes
difficult for us but we will be very happy to make after hour appointment. We do not charge for consultations however
we do require a credit/debit card number to book the appointment and if you fail to show up for your appointment and do not
give us 24 hour notice of cancellation your card will be charged $25.00. We find this necessary because it is time consuming
baking and preparing for your appointment and therefore it necessary to be compensated for our time if you choose not to keep
your appointment.
You may choose up to 3 cake flavors and 2 fillings for your tasting. Let us know your choice
when you make your appointment, If you do not give us your choices for your tasting we will not have anything available for
you to taste at your appointment as we make everything to order and do not keep cakes on hand in the store. At the time
of your consultation please bring with you any pictures or designs you may have, you will also be able to look through our
extensive portfolio, wedding cake books and magazines in order for us to come up with your perfect cake. Consultations last
about 1 hour please try to be on time as we book several appointments each day and this can cause your appointment to be cut
short. We ask you to limit the number of people that you bring to the appointment to 4 our store does not have room to accommodate
more than that. We require a $100.00 deposit (non refundable) to book your date we will deduct your deposit from the total
cost of your cake. |
