Dear Bride to be....  During this exciting time 
 you must make Many decisions about flowers,
 photographer, wedding Venue, caterers etc.,
And your very special dress. All of this planning
 is done to build a special memory for
the start of your new life. We can incorporate a special design into your wedding cake.
Your only limits are your imagination.
Please feel free to let me know if you have
something special you would like.
Remember you can change almost anything up to four
weeks before the wedding.
Please, no changes in design after the four week deadline.
If we will be using ribbon on your cake you must provide it,
you know the exact color you want. If you will be using fresh
flowers on your cake they will need to be provided
by you florist, the florist needs to see that the flowers
are at the reception site when the cake arrives. Ingredient cost is nominal in your cake but time is a major factor. Some cakes can be
Baked and decorated in a couple of days and others
require weeks of preparation time.
The more time involved in your special cake the more costly it will be.
Our cake prices for round cakes
Start out at $3.25 per slice, $4.25 for fondant and go up depending on the design you choose, square and other shaped cakes are more expensive. For those of you who want something a little less traditional we also do cup cakes starting at $2.25 per cupcake depending on the decoration. Grooms cakes are also available starting at $2.25 per serving.
A deposit  is required to hold your Wedding date. The date will not be guaranteed until a deposit is received. Deposits are non refundable Paying the deposit constitutes the signing of your contract and all contractual agreements will apply. If for any reason your wedding date is cancelled 60 days prior to wedding you will be responsible for the entire balance due on the cake, cancellation before 60 days will be charged ½ the balance due on your cake minus any delivery fees. If you cancel 60 days prior to your date and have paid  in full you may reschedule for up to 1year if we have the date available.  All above applies even if actual contract is not signed.  Wedding cake servings on a two layer cake are one inch wide and two inches long or two inches square on a one layer cake. I will try to make the serving of your cake as easy as possible. All cakes cannot be handled the same and I will be glad to advise you on your particular cake design. 
                                                                                                                                                                                                            

 A  delivery fee  $2.50 per mile one way will be calculated according to the location of your reception site. After the wedding, please return, as soon as possible, all of the pieces used in the assembling of your cake (metal, plastic, Fabric, Styrofoam, wood, etc.). If this is a problem please notify me.  A fee of $25.00 will be charged if it is necessary for me to pick up the equipment in Hendersonville  and a $50.00 charge outside of Hendersonville.
